Single Needle Straight Lockstitch Sewing Machine With Servo Motor And Table
Thanks to its low vibration and low noise feature, the JUKI DDL-8700 head provides the operator with a comfortable work environment. In addition, the distance from the machine arm to the needle on the front of the machine head is sufficiently wide to allow easy handling of your sewing material.
Applications:
- For sewing light to medium-weight materials including cotton, knits, polyester, nylon, sheer fabrics and denim.
- Suitable for stitching such products as blouses, shirts, men’s, ladies and children’s apparel, uniforms, overalls, lingerie, etc.

- Knee Lift Mechanism: Built on the machine head. By hand: 5.5 mm, By knee: 13mm (max.)
- EASY-TO-OPERATE: The machine is designed for easy operation, with features that improve usability. It includes a presser foot with a higher lift (13mm), a light-touch stitch dial, and a throat plate with guide grooves for seam allowances. - Servo Motor: It comes with a high-torque, direct-drive motor, which provides smooth, consistent stitching without the need for a clutch motor. This makes it more energy-efficient and quieter compared to older models. These motors are quieter and hardly make any noise. It also draws less electrical power making it more efficient. The motor options include 3/4HP Standard Servo, 3/4HP Brushless Servo w/ Needle Positioner, 1HP Brushless Servo Motor w/ Needle Positioner.
- Optional Brushless Motor with Needle Positioner: When using a needle positioner, a brushless motor is required over a standard servo motor. A brushless motor offers precise control, instant response, and advanced integration with the machine, allowing for accurate needle positioning at specific points. Digital motors provide smooth, efficient power with real-time adjustments for varying tasks, ensuring the needle stops exactly where needed without jerky movements. They are more responsive and capable of fine-tuning the needle’s position. The relevant motors are the 3/4HP Brushless Servo Motor (SG1001) or the 1HP Brushless Servo Motor (SS-1121-P)
