These are DPx16 leather point sewing machine needles. This needle also goes by part number 135x16.
It fits many different industrial sewing machines, but mainly top and bottom feed machines and compound feed machines. A few examples would be the Juki DU-1181N, DNU-241, DNU-1541, DNU-1541S, LU-1508NS, LU-2810A, LS-1341, Consew 206RB, Seiko STH-8BLD-3 and many more.
