These are DPx16 leather point sewing machine needles. This needle also goes by part number 135×16.
It fits many different industrial sewing machines, but mainly top and bottom feed machines and compound feed machines. A few examples would be the Juki DU-1181N, DNU-241, DNU-1541, DNU-1541S, LU-1508NS, LU-2810A, LS-1341, Consew 206RB, Seiko STH-8BLD-3 and many more.
