RETURNS: We accept machines returned to us as long as it is done with prior notice, and you have contacted us for return authorization. All returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the goods, and must be sent prepaid freight, in original packaging and condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Freight charges are not refundable.

WARRANTY: Most of our machines are guaranteed for 1 year, parts and labor. Some exclusions apply. Warranties vary. Please call us with any questions. Repairs are done at our Chicago office. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
